Scope of Work for Chemical Overhaul:

  • Check the air conditioner's operating condition Before Chemical
  • Dismantle of the indoor coil unit thoroughly remove Dirt
  • Cleaning & checking air filter, front panel & cover
  • Cleaning & checking indoor drainage tray
  • Vacuuming of drainage system
  • Checking fan bearing and lubrication (if necessary)
  • Checking compressor suction and discharge pressure
  • Aircon gas top up (chargeable, if necessary)
  • Test Run System and recommission
